9. App Access & Account Policy
All Bell the UCAT products — including NumSprint, VR Dribble, the UCAT Question Bank and UCAT Buddy — require you to be logged into your Bell the UCAT account at belltheucat.co.uk to access them. Access is personal, non-transferable and may not be shared.
Access to certain products (including NumSprint) is time-limited and expires on 30 November of the year of purchase, regardless of the date of purchase. This is clearly stated at the point of sale.
10. International Users (Australia & New Zealand)
If you are accessing Bell the UCAT from Australia or New Zealand, your data is processed and stored in accordance with UK GDPR, which provides a standard of data protection comparable to the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. By purchasing our products, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United Kingdom.
11. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. These include SSL encryption, secure password hashing, and restricted access to personal data by staff and systems. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to our website.

Our products are intended for students aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at hi@belltheucat.co.uk and we will delete it promptly.
